Membership Application ISCAN is a non-profit international network open to all continental or national associations whose charter includes an industry involvement specific to the Smart Card market. Members must be willing to contribute to the achievement of the annual ISCAN action plan to be approved by the members. According to the internal rules, new membership applications will be submitted for approval to ISCAN members at each general meeting. If you wish to become a member of ISCAN, please follow these steps. STEP 1 - fill out the following application.
